Dance 4 Hope LA is a student-led nonprofit dedicated to bringing creative expression to those who need it most. Our mission is to teach, perform, and inspire individuals who may not have access to traditional classes or opportunities in the arts, including those experiencing homelessness, low-income families, children affected by domestic violence, and kids with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of creativity, whether through dance, stretching, conditioning, art, games, or summer camp activities, regardless of their circumstances. Through movement, music, and connection, we aim to uplift others, share kindness, and make a lasting impact on our community.

We work to create an inclusive and supportive space where both our members and the people we serve can express themselves freely through the arts. Whether it is leading a dance class, facilitating a group activity, performing at community events, or simply sharing a moment of joy, our goal is to use the power of creativity to brighten someone's day and remind them they are seen, valued, and cared for.

This program is open to everyone — whether you have a dance background or none at all! All you need is the desire to make a difference and the passion to share positivity through creativity.

Dance 4 Hope LA welcomes students in grades 8-12 who are excited to give back, help others, and be part of something meaningful. It’s also a great way to earn volunteer hours while doing something fun, creative, and impactful.
